&lt;p&gt;So I take this class which we make Shojin-ryori (Japanese Buddhist meal) each week. Always amazed by how vegetables can “transform” into something very special and tasty.. Yes, vegetables ARE tasty as they are but this class helps me to discover the potential you can find in just one vegetable. Amazing stuff indeed.&lt;/p&gt;
